Cancellation Before Shipment:

Refund Process for Canceled Orders:
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
How to Return an Item Purchased on Luv Hamper:
Luv Hamper offers an easy return policy, where you can raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Partial returns are also accepted, meaning you can return one or all products in your order.

Unboxing Video Requirement:
Customers must shoot a 360-degree video while unboxing the packaging. If the product is damaged or missing, this video serves as crucial evidence.Contact Support:
Within 7 business days of receiving the order, email us at support@luvhamper.in or WhatsApp us at +91 7004998094 with your order ID, name, address, product name, and the unboxing video. Kindly also provide an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.Product Pickup:
We will arrange a pickup of the products within 2-4 business days. The refund or replacement process will only be initiated once the products are received by us in their original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Non-returnable Items:
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Product is used or altered.
- If the request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.
- Free product provided by the brand.
